The conference will continue Wednesday, October 5th for the Feast of St. Faustina, as well as Thursday, October 6th. There will be no cost for the event, although, free-will donations would be greatly appreciated.

What: The Healing Power of Divine Mercy Conference
When: October 4th-6th
Where: The Shrine of Jesus The Divine Mercy - 33826 Beaconsfield St., Clinton Township, MI, 48035

Please join us this Tuesday (10/4), Wednesday (10/5), and Thursday (10/6) for The Healing Power of Divine Mercy Conference in honor of our beloved Patron Saint, St. Faustina Kowalska's feast day.

There will be talks by keynote speakers including Fr. Eric Fedewa, Dr. Michael Gama, Catherine M. Lanni, Kathleen Bordo Crombie, and Sr. Carla Reyna.

Shrine hours for the week are as follows:
Tuesday: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am - 8:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 9:30am - 1:00pm (regular Friday Holy Mass schedule)

Please join us at The Shrine of Jesus The Divine Mercy next Tuesday, October 4th-6th for The Healing Power of Divine Mercy Conference, featuring guest speaker Dr. Michael Gama.

Dr. Michael Gama and his wife, Carol, are Maronite Catholics, who have just celebrated 42 years of marriage. They have three children and raised a fourth – a nephew from New Zealand. Michael and Carol have 13 grandchildren and live in Idaho where they are members of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Coeur d’Alene.

Dr. Gama is an instructor at the Avila Institute, where he has taught since 2017. His graduate studies focused on Eastern Christian Spirituality, and his book, Theosis (Wiph & Stock, 2017), is an introduction to and study of divinization as understood principally by the Eastern Fathers.

Dr. Gama will be presenting on “Learning from St. Faustina, what it means to be dead to self, and thus, truly human!”
